1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CAMP Insights, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Access
Access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
3. Permitted Use
- Use the platform only for lawful internal business purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt operations.
- Do not scrape, redistribute, or misuse confidential platform data.
4. Customer Data
You retain rights in data you upload, but you grant the limited rights necessary for CAMP Insights to host, process, analyze, secure, and display that data in order to provide the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, software, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Infinitas by Krungthai or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
6. Confidentiality
Users must treat non-public dashboards, analytics, reports, and internal operational information as confidential and may not disclose them without authorization.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties except as required by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinitas by Krungthai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
