Terms of Service

By accessing or using CAMP Insights ("the Platform") at campinsights.teamcamp.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinitas by Krungthai ("we", "us", or "our"). Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data and forms part of your agreement with us.

Access to CAMP Insights is restricted to authorized users. You must be granted access by a platform administrator and sign in with a valid Google account. By maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing in.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
• Immediately notify the administrator of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account or credentials with any unauthorized individual.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

You may use CAMP Insights solely for legitimate business purposes related to campaign analytics within your organization. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform through automated means.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Platform content without authorization.

Authorized administrators may upload campaign data to the Platform. By uploading data, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and process the data.
• The data does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The data complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded data. You retain all rights to your data, subject to a limited license granted to us to host and process it solely for providing the Platform's services.

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform — including its design, features, functionality, code, documentation, trademarks, and logos — are owned by Infinitas by Krungthai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or branding without prior written consent.

You acknowledge that the Platform and its contents — including dashboards, analytics, insights, and internal data visualizations — are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, share, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce Platform content to unauthorized parties without explicit permission from your organization's administrator.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access.
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinitas by Krungthai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinitas by Krungthai and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
